The United Arab Emirates Foreign Affairs Minister, His Highness Sheik Abdulla Bin Zayed Al Nahyan paid a courtesy call to His Excellency, the President His Excellency Ratu Epeli Nailatikau at Government House this morning, on His tour to the Pacific Islands.

Delighted to be in the country, His Excellency also visited his counterpart, Fiji’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Ratu Inoke Kubuabola and the Attorney-General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.

A strong supporter of the national 7’s team, His Excellency was honoured to be in the country.

“I am so honoured to be visiting your lovely land. It’s beautiful,”His Highness Sheik Abdulla Bin Zayed Al Nahyan added.

His Highness will visit Nauru and the Solomons Island today before spending the night in Papua New Guinea.

His Highness was in the Kingdom of Tonga yesterday and jetted into the country last night.
