The appeal filed by Laisenia Qarase against the decision of the High Court in the Qarase & Ors v Bainimarama & Ors case was called in the Court of Appeal today.
Qarase and other appellants have been ordered to pay security for costs on the appeal and they have also been directed to lodge the record of appeal by 19 December 2008.
The Court has also set a timetable for filing submissions for the appeal.
The Court of Appeal will confirm a hearing date of the appeal at 3pm tomorrow (21/11/08).
