Community worker Selina Lee-Wah feels that members of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji (NCBBF) have an opportunity to make a difference.

Mrs. Lee-Wah from Labasa, revealed that the National Council can help pave the way for a better Fiji for future generations.

“A path that that will bring our future generation a life of love, prosperity, success and wealth, a life that our children truly deserve to live in.”

She says people have been deprived of many developments and issues that could have been resolved by past governments.

She added that now there is an opportunity to make things right.

Mrs. Lee-Wah is a member of the NCBBF and has been working in the Northern Division as a community worker, helping people who lack the very basic necessities for a comfortable life.

Moreover, she is also a member of the National Advisory Council and the Macuata District Advisory Council.

Mrs Lee-Wah stressed that by making a difference for the nation, it is equally important to involve community members who have refused to join the Council as highlighted by the media.

“I strongly feel that you as our national leaders can form the platform of this Charter in such a way that will draw the hearts of these communities.”

Likewise, the passionate community worker expressed her appreciation to His Excellency and the two Co-Chairs, for considering her to be part of the Council and pledged her full support towards the initiative.
