Police Commissioners from the Melanesian Spearhead Group (MSG) will meet this week in Suva for the third Special Police Commissioner’s Conference. Fiji Police Forces commissioner Brigadier-General Ioane Naivalurua will welcome the participants in his capacity as chair of the Police Commissioners Conference (PCC). MSG Director General Peter Forau will also welcome participants to this event.
Delegates will be greeted with a traditional Fijian ceremonies of welcome on Wednesday afternoon at the Fiji Police Academy in Nasova.
Police Commissioners from Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu as well as the FLNKS of New Caledonia are expected to be at the meeting.
