Fiji’s Prime Minister Honourable Josaia Voreqe Bainimarama this morning conveyed his congratulations to India on the occasion of the country’s 74th Independence Day anniversary.
Prime Minister Bainimarama, in a congratulatory message to his Indian counterpart Honourable Shri Narendra Modi, conveyed the Fijian Government’s and the people of Fiji’s best wishes and heartfelt congratulations to the Government of the Republic of India and its people on the occasion of 74th Independence Day.
Prime Minister Bainimarama said “Our two countries have enjoyed warm and friendly relations over the years based on our historical ties, shared values and aspirations.
“I am confident that this will provide a foundation for deeper bilateral engagements and co-operation during these unprecedented times and into the future.
