I have today taken the decision to dismiss Hon. Aseri Radrodro from Cabinet with effect from Monday 22 January 2024 for insubordination and disobedience to my directive.

I have informed His Excellency the President and Hon. Speaker of Parliament of my decision.

With effect from Monday, 22 January 2024, Hon. Viliame Gavoka will assume the portfolio as Minister for Education in addition to his responsibility for Tourism & Civil Aviation.
