It is with great sadness that the Office of the Prime Minister announces the passing of the Minister for Employment, Productivity and Workplace Relations, the late Honourable Agni Deo Singh.
The late Honourable Minister passed away today in Brisbane.
Prime Minister and Chair of the Coalition Cabinet, Hon. Sitiveni Rabuka extends his deepest condolences to the family, loved ones, colleagues, and friends of the late Minister during this difficult time.
Prime Minister Rabuka acknowledges the late Honourable Singh’s dedicated service to the workers and people of Fiji and his invaluable contribution to the Government and the nation.
Further details regarding funeral arrangements and other official matters will be communicated in due course.
Government respectfully asks members of the public and the media to respect the privacy of the family during this time of mourning.
