Cabinet today agreed that the sub regional housing workshop of the United Nations Human Settlement Programme [UN HABITAT] will be held in Nadi from the 24th to 27 September 2012.
Cabinet based its decision on a submission by the Minister for Local Government, Urban Development, Housing and Environment, Samuela Saumatua.
Minister Saumatua said that Fiji as host will share its experience on the preparation and formulation of its National Housing Policy to other Pacific Island Countries.
