The Year 13 Certificate Examination Provisional Results have been released this morning. The 7,902 students who sat for the exam can access their provisional results online on the website
www.examresults.gov.fj or from their respective schools and District Offices.
Candidates are urged to get their statements of results and if they wish to raise queries about their results then they should apply at the prescribed fee for the recount/remark of their examination scripts.
Recount
Candidates may request a recount for one, some or all subjects. This is a paid service at a cost of $5.00 per subject and the recount results are communicated to the individual student within 3 working days of the application date. Students added that students can lodge their application at any Education Office nearest to them or at the Examination and Assessment Unit for students residing in or close to Suva. The deadline for applications for a recount by individual students must be made within the 30 days of the release of the Provisional Result i.e. 4 December 2019.
Remark
Candidates may request a remark if they wish to reconsider their marks after recounting. Only the scripts that have been recounted can be remarked. The cost for a remark is $25.00 per subject and the results will be communicated to the individual student within 5 working days from the receipt of application to remark. Lodgment of applications can also be made at any Educational Office nearest to them or at the EAU Office for students residing in or close to Suva. Applications for a remark by individual students are to be made within 30 days of the release of the Provisional Result i.e. 4 December 2019.
Any changes to the mark after recounting and remarking will result in a new Result Notice.
