Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum received a courtesy call from the Ambassador of Georgia to Fiji, His Excellency, George Dolidze today.
His Excellency Dolidze stated that Fiji is an important partner in the South Pacific as we share a likeness in democratic and institutional values with Georgia.
They also discussed opportunities for expansion of partnership in the tourism and education sector.
The A-G acknowledged His Excellency and the Georgian Government for their support in providing medical scholarships to Fijians who wish to study in Georgia.
His Excellency Dolidze was appointed as the Ambassador of Georgia to Fiji on June 1st, 2017.
