The Ministry of Education, Heritage and Arts wishes to thank parents and Years 12 and 13 students who sat for the remaining papers yesterday and today. We commend the commitment our children have shown during these trying times and for their dedication towards achieving their academic goals.
The Ministry urges students to use the school holidays to relax and prepare themselves for the 2021 academic year.
“The school holidays is a great opportunity for our hard-working young ones to get a well-deserved rest, reset and be ready for the next school year,” said Minister for Education, Hon. Rosy Akbar.
“However, this should not be an excuse for anyone to behave irresponsibly and endanger themselves. The safety and well-being of our children is our biggest priority, so they need to be careful and mindful of their surroundings at all times.”
Minister Akbar reminds parents to supervise their children and make sure they are aware of their children's whereabouts at all times.
The Ministry wishes all students a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
