The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. Ratu Inoke Kubuabola has arrived in Casablanca, Morocco to represent Fiji at the Crans-Montana Forum on Africa and South-South Cooperation from the 12th to 13th of March 2015.
While making a transit through Sydney, the Hon. Minister Kubuabola took the opportunity meet with Hon. Julie Bishop, the Australia Foreign Minister.
The Minister’s discussed issues of importance to the two countries namely; the Australian seasonal worker scheme, the Annual Foreign Minister’s consultation, defence cooperation as well as the review of the regional architecture.
In Morocco, Minister Kubuabola will attend the Forum giving Fiji’s perspective on the South-South Cooperation. He will also have a bilateral meeting with Hon. Salaheddine Mezouar, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Morocco.
This meeting is expected to address ways to further strengthen relations in both bilateral and multilateral agendas. MSG Foreign Ministers are also attending the Morocco meeting this week.
