The Permanent Secretary for the Public Service, Mr Parmesh Chand, is encouraging all its stakeholders to please fill the PSC Stakeholder Feedback Survey form, which closes Wednesday 28th April 2010.
Mr Chand said feedback from the Stakeholder Feedback Survey is needed to find out how effective the Public Service Commission is as an organisation in performing its role and the standards of services that it provides.
Feedback Survey forms can be accessed by logging onto the Public Service Commission website on: http://www.psc.gov.fj or contact the Public Service Commission on 3314588.
The one page questionnaire (attached) focuses on PSC’s roles, services provided by PSC, how to access PSC services; location of all PSC offices, customer satisfaction on the quality of responses, timeliness, level of professionalism and awareness on all reforms undertaken by PSC.
