This gathering of over 150 great minds addressed the question of appropriate justice as applied to finance-related offenses, polling delegates in law enforcement, the judiciary, institutions affected by the Financial Transactions Reporting Act <

“The Bainimarama Government continues to take steps in protecting the rights of its people to do business and drive industry development under the protection of fair practice laws”, shared Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, “and our participation in this conference speaks to our continued commitment to transparent business practices in Fiji and across the world.”
It is expected that lessons learned at this conference will be applied as immediately as possible to business practices without interrupting the current flow of the economy.
