His Excellency, the President, Ratu Wiliame Katonivere, received the Fiji Electoral Commission's Annual Report for 2021 on Wednesday (13/07/22).
The Electoral Commission is a constituted independent, non-partisan authority, responsible for registration of voters and conducting free and fair elections under written laws governing elections in Fiji.
His Excellency, while receiving the Annual Report, congratulated the commission and wished them well in the preparations for the upcoming general elections.
Supervisor for Elections and Secretary to the Commission Mohammed Saneem was also present during the presentation of the Annual Report.
