His Excellency, President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere today stopped over at the Green 2000 at Shiv'at HaMinim St, Bitan Aharon in the Northern District of Israel.
Owned by Mr Rafael Dayan, Green 2000 – Agricultural Equipment & Know-How Ltd. was founded in the year 2000.
Now with more than 20 years of experience, the company has established themselves as one of Israel’s leading agricultural companies.
During the visit, the Head of State was taken on a tour of the facility which apart from organic farming also runs a Bass fish farm and an integrated milking goat and chicken farm showcasing how an organic farm can function as a one stop facility for its clients.
Also part of the farm in an organic vineyard producing organic wine for their international markets.
