The Housing Authority is interested in finding out more about the specific demand, supply and expectations for housing needs in Fiji. This includes issues of affordability and other challenges faced by low to middle income earners in Fiji who want to own their own home.
A survey is therefore being conducted to assist the Authority to accurately design and provide affordable developed residential housing and land for diverse young families, small to large families, and single people in Fiji.

Download a form from the HA website at www.housingfiji.com.fj or visit a Customer Relations Centre at any Housing Authority office in Suva, Valelevu, Nadi, Lautoka or Labasa. Simply complete the form and attach an FNPF housing eligibility statement, wage or salary payslip and any other supporting financial documents.
The purpose of the eligibility form is to assist HA in evaluating customer needs, and to ensure that expectations of potential customers are met. There is no obligation to purchase when you fill in a form.
With results from the survey, the Housing Authority is developing residential lots for over 1000 families in Tacirua East, 400 families in Matavolivoli, Nadi and over 5000 families at the exciting new Waila city project.
Other areas where land is currently available include; Waqadra-Nadi, Naqere-Savusavu, Nabuta-Tavua, Bulileka-Labasa, Natadola-Nadroga, Koronisalusalu-Tavua and Tavakubu-Lautoka
