Laucala Bay Secondary School (LBBS) will complete phasing out by 2015.
Minister for Education, Youth & Sports Mr Filipe Bole clarified contradicting information about the closure of Laucala Bay Secondary School.
“Laucala Bay Secondary School will start phasing out from next year by not enrolling form three students,” Mr Bole said.
The school will only have forms four, five, six and seven. As the students progress upward, the last form will phase out.
By 2015, the school will be completely phased and the land turned over to the Fiji Sports Council.
Parents, who plan to send their children to Laucala Bay Secondary School for form three next year, are asked to find another school.
