Following a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday (28.06.11), the Minister for Education, Mr Filipe Bole left to visit some schools in Cakaudrove province on Vanua Levu.
He was joined by his permanent secretary, Dr Brij Lal and the divisional education officer northern, Mr Saimoni Waibuta and other education officials.
The party will visit Savusavu Secondary School, Navatu Secondary, Vaturova/Koroalau, Saqani High, St Bedes College, Vatuvonu SDA and Napuka Secondary School before returning to Suva on Friday.
The ministry delegation will meet headteachers and principals in two separate dinners.
The tour is the usual ministerial school visit the Minister for Education makes around Fiji.
