NADI TOWN TO BE READY FOR BUSINESS TOMORROW

Special administrator, Aisea Tuidraki expects Nadi town to normalise by tomorrow once clean up works have been completed.

The special administrator said the Nadi Town Council was working closely with members of the Fiji Military Forces, police officers and the National Fire Authority officers .

“As instructed by the Prime Minister, Voreqe Bainimarama we have closed the town to enable us to carry out the clean up,” Mr Tuidraki said.

Mr Tuidraki is also urging members of the public residing in Nadi to refrain from traveling to the town’s business centre today.

Both ends of the town have check points manned by police officers to help keep members of the public out of Nadi town.
