Fijian communities living in the Rewa, Tailevu and Naitasiri province can expect a new Ministry of Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations office to operate soon in Nausori Town.
Minister for Employment, Productivity, Industrial Relations, Youth and Sports, Parveen Bala highlighted that this is part of the Fijian Government's initiative in providing quality service delivery to all Fijians by bringing government services closer to the people.
The Nausori office will allow employers and workers ease of services and travel during these challenging times due to COVID-19.
“The Employment Ministry is working closely with the Ministry of Youth and Sports to ensure a cost-effective customer service to the people of Rewa, Tailevu and Naitasiri” said Minister Bala.
The new Nausori office is located at Shop 2, Taras Edifice Building, Gulam Nabi Street, and is expected to open on Monday 9th August, 2021 and will house both the Ministry of Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
