Housing Authority’s new initiative to open a customer care office in the heart of Suva is proving to be a worthy investment.
This after HA Chief Executive Officer Mr Alipate Naiorosui noted that the response from the public has been overwhelming.
“We opened the new office late 2009 and the response from the public is turning to be very, very good,” Mr Naiorosui said.
“We now have a manager that looks after the place and we have been monitoring the office as it is something new that we're trying out in Suva.”
He added that Housing Authority is now carrying a market survey to see if HA should open offices around Fiji's major centres.
“We have offices around the country, but we will see if we have to increase our offices in the major centres.”
