PM addresses 66th Session of the UN General Assembly

The Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama will address the 66TH United Nations General Assembly tomorrow morning  at 10.30am Fiji time.

That address will be webcasted live through the United Nations website at http://www.unmultimedia.org/tv/webcast/.

Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Information Sharon Smith Johns says that the General Assembly is an important platform for crucial issues to be voiced at the international stage”.

Local television station Mai TV will also be airing the delayed telecast of the Prime Minister’s address on the 26th of September at 6.30pm.

Meanwhile the Fiji Sun will also run in the three official languages, the Prime Minister’s address at the High Level Meeting of the General Assembly to Commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action in New York earlier today.
