His Excellency, President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere visited the Fiji General Elections 2022 Results Centre at the FMF Gymnasium yesterday (14/12/22) and was briefed by the Supervisor of Elections, Mr Mohammed Saneem, on the processes and operations at the centre when the results start flowing in from polling venues.
The Head of State also met staff present at the Results Centre and acknowledged the presence of journalists, asserting the importance of their role in the dissemination of timely and accurate information to the general public.
President Katonivere also met with members of the Fiji Electoral Commission at the Result Centre.
