The following Public and Marine Weather Bulletin was issued from the National Weather Forecasting Centre Nadi.
A trough of low pressure remains slow moving to the South of Fiji. Associated cloud and showers affect the southern parts of the group.
Forecast to midnight tomorrow for the Fiji group:
Occasional showers with possible thunderstorms about Kadavu and Southern Lau group.
The Meteorological Office in its weather bulletin also said the interior and eastern parts of main islands will have occasional showers with possible thunderstorms.
Elsewhere, cloudy periods with brief showers. Moderate north to northeast winds. Moderate to rough seas.

Cloudy periods with some showers.
For Navua / Suva / Nausori :
Cloudy periods with brief showers.
Outlook for FRIDAY :
Cloudy periods with some showers.
For Nadi / Lautoka / Ba :
Cloudy periods with brief showers especially overnight and possible thunderstorms.

Situation:
A trough of low pressure remains slow moving to the south of Fiji. Associated cloud and showers affect most parts of the group.
Forecast to 6pm tomorrow for Fiji waters:
North to northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Moderate to rough seas.
Further outlook:
Northerly winds 20 to 25 knots.
The Nadi Meteorological director was unavailable for comments.
The Duty Forecaster at the Nadi Weather Office said there was no cyclone warning for Fiji, however, the warning was for Vanuatu and New Caledonia.
