It is about time that businesses adopt the Blue Ocean Strategy says Mark One Apparel Chief executive officer, Mark Halabe.
He told Indigenous Fijian Businesses that the Blue Ocean Strategy is the notion to create opportunities and to use varieties and possibilities in business.
“The result of using the Blue Ocean Strategy is improving your business all the time. Its all about thinking outside the box.
“There are businesses in Fiji which are currently using the Blue Ocean Strategy like the Pacific Green, Pure Fiji, Golden Manufacturing, Williams and Gosling and the Mini-Bus operators.
He encouraged indigenous entrepreneurs not to limit their business to what they have been doing all along.
“Use the Ocean Strategy. Don’t be limited to what you are doing, provide the service nobody else is doing. How you do it is up to the individual.”
