The suspension of the Fiji Labour Party for failing to comply with a key financial provision of the Political Parties Decree has been lifted.
The Party is now free to once again operate, function, represent and hold itself out to be a political party.
The Labour Party has today paid the full sum of $6,375.60 owing to the Registrar’s Office for the publication of its declaration of assets and liabilities, as required under the Decree.
