Justice Sundaram Sriskandarajah was sworn-in today by His Excellency, the President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau into the Supreme Court of Fiji.
Prior to this appointment, Justice Sriskandarajah was serving as a Judge in the Sri Lankan Court of Appeal.
He holds a Masters Degree of Laws (LLM) after completing his Attorneys-at-Law degree in Sri Lanka and has practiced law since 1979.
Justice Sriskandarajah has presided over several high profile cases in Sri Lanka and served in the Court of Criminal Appeal.
He is married and has two children.
