Public Service Commission permanent secretary, Mr Parmesh Chand said the one bedroom quarters is suitable for single people only and contains a kitchen, bathroom and a rest room. The single quarters will be given on a first come, first serve basis and tenants will have a separate water and electricity meter which will be paid by them.
