  • Schools to establish a drug free task force to coordinate drug free activities, and

During the signing, representatives from the Police, Tobacco Control Unit and National Substance Abuse were present.

The Minister of Education Mr Filipe Bole said all schools were Drug Free Zones. All schools in the North, West and East have been made aware of the Ministry of Education’s effort in making schools free of drug and national substance abuse.

Students found breaching the school rule on drugs and substance abuse offences will be taken through counseling procedures or disciplinary processes.
