With the beginning of the Transport Assistance Scheme on February 15, the Education Ministry is trying its best to tie up all lose ends so that this assistance is not abused.
A question that may arise is “Is there a time frame where these coupons are expected to be received by Student Transport Providers (STPs)?”
To avoid the abuse of this assistance, the Ministry strongly recommends that these coupons will only be received from 6-9am and after 2:30pm daily by STPs.
STPs are advised to adhere to this instruction so that all students remain in the classroom and must not at any time, go for free rides and abuse this generous assistance.
