The S-G met with the Fiji Meteorological Services Director Mr Misaele Funaki at the Fiji Meteorological Services office in Nadi where she was accorded a traditional welcome ceremony.

Professor Saulo's visit was a first of its kind ever since she took up her role as Secretary-General.

The Secretary-General also toured the FMS facilities and was briefed on the various divisions working within the FMS office.
